My health!

Bill Miller’s Vision

We all know the impact of socioeconomic conditions on our health. Pesticides become cheaper by the day and healthy food costlier: a development like this is sure to affect the quality of our lives.
But amidst this chaos, we need to find ways to thrive, as is rightly mentioned by Maya Angelou, ‘The living must go on.” And to do that, we need to follow a routine that adds to our mind and body and does not take away from it. No, it does not have to be extensive or expensive but a schedule that is economical and beneficial for all of us. That, my friend, will be talked about in this blog.
